A corpulent putto in flight by the late Mannerist artist Orazio Samacchini, and a haunting scene of the Passion by French painter-printmaker Georges Rouault, reveal the range and stature of the European works on paper that have come to the Art Centre in recent years. This selection from purchases and donations also includes some important Dutch prints, and rewards the close viewer with enjoyment and insight into the creative process.
